NEW Fiji Airways Airbus A350 Business Class Review – Nadi to Sydney (+ economy + flight deck) by Paul Stewart | Nov 3, 2021 | Blog | 32 comments Join me onboard a BRAND NEW Fiji Airways Airbus A350-900 XWB trip report in BUSINESS CLASS from Nadi International Airport (Fiji) to Sydney (Australia). source YouTube 32 Comments Paul Stewart on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm Just an update for everyone. Fiji Airways have contacted me for specific feedback and it’s a real credit to them that they’re keen to take note of criticism and work to improve the customer experience. I’ve responded with a detailed email outlining the areas that they did well in (and it’s a damn awesome plane and seat) as well as the areas for improvement. Hopefully they’ll keep working at things and I’ll have a much better experience when I fly with them again (as I loved visiting Fiji and will be sure to visit again in the future.)And apologies I called them Fiji Airlines instead of their correct name 'Fiji Airways'. Reply SALOCHNA KANTA on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm Thanks for making this video fiji airways A350 900 Reply Phillip Goyma on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm I was in that flight ✈️ Reply herb fieor on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm Background music was TOO loud and difficult to hear the presentation Reply gpierre90 on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm Hi I know this video was one year ago. Its only now that i have stumbled on it. The A350 aircraft is a Beautiful aircraft and one of my personal favourites. Never really boarded one, but I hope that one day post COVID 19, i will. I have been fortunate to spot two airlines that has operated the type to my home country's airport and thats Qatar Airways and Aeroflot Russian Airlines and I have to say the fact that they are less noisy outside adds to the charm and the things that I love about this aircraft. Watching this video I really hope that one day I will get the opportunity to fly on one. Reply Ben And sam’s aviation on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm 2:55 love the music Reply Ricardo Marcel on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm Luckily they got back in touch with you!! The power of Social media. What a scary looking lounge, and the food was very basic. No nuts with your drink?? Little things matter. They would not be my coice anyway, as indeed the crew are very dull and never interact with passengers. Can you imagine what economy will be like?? It is the airline known for having crew members that are only friends of people in high positions. With no affection for the business. Reply Adrian Postma on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm Hi Paul another interesting & informative journey , I have flown on 2 round trips to Fiji on Fiji Air & have found the crew on all flights to be very friendly & like you everyone I met in Fiji were also friendly I won’t bore you with a story but I lost my wallet in Sigatoka & they went to a lot of trouble to find and then drive an hour or more to return it to me in Natadola Bay , anyway I’m glad they responded to you , cheers Reply Simon Hussey on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm Wonderful footage of this magnificent aircraft and has the best flight deck of any today! Thanks for sharing your experience of the flight and the business section on this next generation machine. Hope Qantas will be flying them. Keep safe. Reply solarvale on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm I like how you called it 'Fiji Airlines' instead of 'Fiji Airways' but that's fine lol. Reply Samuel Perez on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm say, whats the name of the backround music Reply Samuel Perez on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm like the video Reply Tony K on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm Wow, that dive down into the footwell looked like you were going into someone's basement. The more that I see of these fancy new-fangled Business Class products the less I want to fly them. They should be angled feet toward the aisle so that a window seat is a window seat and not a seat that you can see the window. We don't need to kneel and stretch across the seat to see outside for the best IFE experience. Reply wecanfly777 on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm CONGRATS mate on 100,000 views! Andy Reply Modest on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm Bin the background music. It's really really annoying. Reply Freddy Lee on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm Very smooth landing and seems like as they say, the a350 have much quieter engine than 787 Reply D B on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm Wow has that airport changed since I was last there. Reply Trip Report on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm nice trip report! A350 is a beautiful aircraft Reply Thomas Sala on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm Great video! Beautiful Lounge! Stunning Aircraft! Thanks Paul! God Speed! Reply Bhanu Rekha on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm Sir, where are you from. Reply John Shields Cooking Channel on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm When cabin crew engage with you it does make the world of difference – even something as small as being addressed by your name, which I expect on business and first class. Another great review (im slowly getting through them all) Reply Juanita Richards on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm When I flew from NZ to Suva in 1980 on Air Pacific it wasn't great. The only meal on board was a lump of boiled fish and some boiled potatoes and a bit of salad. I can't eat seafood of any kind so only ate the potatoes and I was starving. They had very poor service on the ground at Auckland airport too and wouldn't help me at all as I carried my 10 month old heavy baby in my arms for 6 hours at the airport. I was an exhausted wreck, in tears, hungry and unable to put the baby down without her crawling away at speed. They had no baby buggies to rent, and no other airline would rent me one either. Sh never slept all the way from Christchurch to Auckland, or the 6 hours at Auckland airport or the flight to Suva, and she didn't sleep the whole night after we arrived. Reply Aviation Productions 26 on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm Wow this is so good subbed Reply Hunter Rowland on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm Stop speaking to fast and being to monotone with your voice. I want you to slow down so I can understand you better Reply Nigel Marvin on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm 6:00If that water isn’t Fiji water, I want you to put that thing back where you came from or so help me! Reply ESSKAY SELAH on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm This airbus plus one more are leased by Fiji, they did not purchase them. I like the layouts. Faster way to boost tourism. Reply I exist on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm Wait Fiji ordered a A350!? Reply William Mathias on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm I will never fly with this hopeless airline, I am Fijian living overseas and the crews treat us differently from foreigners on board… Reply Ga Men Chung on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm My island home🥰, great video.👍 Reply Ga Men Chung on November 3, 2021 at 5:38 pm 😍😍😍 Reply Submit a Comment Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
